Q. How do I receive my Membership Coupon?
A. The Membership Coupon is simply a code. When you buy your Membership, you will automatically receive an email which gives you your code. Use this code each time you book a day's fishing.
Q. How do I keep track of how many visits I've used?
A.The email confirmation includes an easy link that you can use at anytime to check how many visits you have left.
Q. How do I book a Permit with my Membership Coupon code?
A. To use your Membership code each time you book a Permit, come back to this website, southelmhamlakes.co.uk, and click the Buy Day Permit link in the menu bar.
Q. I've bought a Membership but haven't had the email?
A. It's probably in your junk email folder - please check. If you have any problems, contact the fishery.
Q. How long does my membership last?
A. You have 24 months from the date of purchase to use the 12 membership coupons.
